AQUAFISH0.0 will promote social acceptance and raise awareness among consumers and producers on the need to implement policies that reduce food losses and waste under the ‘zero waste’ philosophy, based on a QH approach. Three main action lines will be carried out:
Development of innovative food products from bycatch and by-products
for the updating of the administrative and institutional framework for the development of these new products
approach in the field of marine living resources, for both consumption and waste reduction
Here you will find educational resources focused on circular economy, zero waste,
and the valorization of marine products to promote sustainable development.
AQUAFISH0.0 will be dedicated to fostering the stimulation of innovative and sustainable production, processing and consumption of marine food products.
